I was leery of watermelon in a smoothie, but I stumbled on this easy recipe, and it changed my mind completely! A perfect balance without being too sweet, this easy and creamy smoothie recipe is perfect for summer mornings!
ingredients
3 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt*
1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
directions
Add all ingredients to the NutriBullet or high speed blender; blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

- Make it less creamy by removing the yogurt and using a banana instead.
- Make it thicker by adding another cup of frozen strawberries or using frozen watermelon instead.
