My grandmothers used to make this salad for family picnics, potlucks, or whenever so it definitely brings back childhood memories with every bite!
ingredients
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg (3.4 oz) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
