Fast ‘n Fabulous Dark Chocolate Fudge

ingredients

1/2 cup Karo syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (18 oz)
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tsp vanilla

 

preparation

Spray 8″ square baking pan with cooking spray.

In microwaveable 3-quart bowl, stir corn syrup and evaporated milk until smooth. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir in chocolates until melted.

Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts. With wooden spoon, beat until thick and glossy.

Spread in prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
