A guilty-pleasure breakfast option that’s oh, so worth it! We love the fact that it’s a sausage gravy, then just “sauce”. Thanks goes to my brother for this one!
ingredients
1 lb pork sausage
4 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 pkg refrigerated biscuits
Salt
Pepper
Penzeys Fox Point
directions
Prepare oven for baking the biscuits. Once you put the biscuits in the oven, start the gravy.
Cook pork sausage in skillet low and slow so it doesn’t get crisp and too browned, about 6 minutes. Once sausage is cooked through, add flour 1 Tbsp at a time, stirring between until all white disappears. Pour in milk. Season with salt, pepper and Fox Point or whatever seasoning you desire. Stir until desired consistency.
Serve over hot biscuits, and enjoy!
