Warm Chicken Curry Dip

This mild, warm dip is a real crowd pleaser and is delicious served with apple slices and celery sticks.


1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 clove garlic pressed
1/2 tsp curry
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup apricot jam


  1. Combine first eight ingredients (through salt). Spread mixture into a small pan and bake for 18-20 minutes at 400˚.
  2. Meanwhile, combine coconut and almonds in a microwave safe bowl for cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds until ingredients are evenly toasted.
  3. Remove mixture from the oven and spread apricot jam over top of hot dip. Next, sprinkle the warm coconut/almond mixture over top of the jam.
  4. Serve with apple wedges and celery.
