2-3 tsp sugar
10-12 small mint leaves
1/4 cup white rum
2 Tbsp key lime juice
4 oz club soda, chilled



Place sugar and mint in a tall glass; crush with a muddler or the back of a long spoon. Fill glass with ice. Add rum, juice, and club soda. Stir to blend ingredients. Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
